Are you actually getting brsk speeds?

Brsk broadband
speed test

A Brsk broadband speed test shows whether you get the speed you pay for. Brsk hasn't signed Ofcom's speed code, so compare a wired result with your package speed and report any shortfall to Brsk.

~20 seconds · no signup · no email · we don't store your IP

Runs in your browser · no data leaves your device

brsk built its own full fibre network, mostly in the West Midlands, and its customers moved to YouFibre on 16 March 2026. We'll measure your line and tell you whether you're seeing what was promised.

How we measure: The test runs in your browser against the nearest UK edge. How we diagnose: we join your result to the line + deal data we hold for your address.

Questions

Brsk speed questions

Why is my Brsk broadband slow?

Run the test on a laptop plugged into the router with a cable. Over wifi you'll often see less than the line is giving you. If the wired result is fine, the line is doing its job and the slowdown is in your home: the router's position, other devices or an old wifi standard. If the wired result is low too, switch the router off at the wall for 30 seconds, test again, then report it.

What can I do if Brsk can't fix my speed?

Brsk hasn't signed Ofcom's voluntary broadband speed code, so there's no set 30-day right to leave over slow speeds. Report it to Brsk first. If it isn't sorted after six weeks, you can take it to the free dispute scheme Brsk belongs to. Brsk runs its own network, so a fault on the line is Brsk's own to fix.
