Known issue with Hyperoptic: Hyperoptic's gigabit packages need a wired ethernet connection to actually deliver gigabit, WiFi rarely gets near. If your Hyperoptic speed is well below the headline number, run the test from ethernet first to rule out WiFi as the bottleneck.
