"Over 2 years" is the average monthly cost across 24 months once any intro offer ends and the rises written into the contract apply. Part fibre runs fibre to the street cabinet and copper to your home. Where a package shows two uploads, it's sold in two versions with different upload speeds. From Onestream's live deals, updated every day.
Getting a fair result
Run the test on a laptop plugged into the router with a cable. Over wifi you'll often see less than the line is giving you.
All 15 of Onestream's deals have a price rise written into the contract, so the starting price isn't what you'll pay for the whole contract.
If it’s still slow
Onestream hasn't signed Ofcom's voluntary broadband speed code, so there's no set 30-day right to leave over slow speeds. Report it to Onestream first. If it isn't sorted after six weeks, you can take it to the free dispute scheme Onestream belongs to.

Why is my Onestream broadband slow?
Run the test on a laptop plugged into the router with a cable. Over wifi you'll often see less than the line is giving you. If the wired result is fine, the line is doing its job and the slowdown is in your home: the router's position, other devices or an old wifi standard. If the wired result is low too, switch the router off at the wall for 30 seconds, test again, then report it.
What can I do if Onestream can't fix my speed?
