toob runs its own full fibre network, mostly in Hampshire, the Solent, Dorset, Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire. We'll measure your line and tell you whether it's matching the speed they advertised.

How we measure: The test runs in your browser against the nearest UK edge. How we diagnose: we join your result to the line + deal data we hold for your address.

Getting a fair result

Run the test on a laptop plugged into the router with a cable. Over wifi you'll often see less than the line is giving you.

All 14 of toob's deals have a price rise written into the contract, so the starting price isn't what you'll pay for the whole contract.

If it’s still slow

toob hasn't signed Ofcom's voluntary broadband speed code, so there's no set 30-day right to leave over slow speeds. Report it to toob first. If it isn't sorted after six weeks, you can take it to the free dispute scheme toob belongs to.

toob runs its own network and also sells over CityFibre in some areas. Who sends an engineer depends on which network reaches your home, and toob books them either way. Source
