EE broadband runs over Openreach (copper and fibre) and through EE's own 4G/5G mobile network for hybrid packages. We'll measure your line and tell you whether it's matching what EE promised, and what to escalate if not.
Known issue with EE: EE's 4G/5G hybrid hub adds a fallback wireless connection. If your fixed-line speed drops to about 20-50 Mbps consistently, the hub may have switched to mobile fallback, usually means the fixed-line side has a fault.
