Getting a fair result
Run the test on a laptop plugged into the router with a cable. Over wifi you'll often see less than the line is giving you.
None of Fibrus's 3 deals has a price rise written into the contract.
If it’s still slow
Fibrus hasn't signed Ofcom's voluntary broadband speed code, so there's no set 30-day right to leave over slow speeds. Report it to Fibrus first. If it isn't sorted after six weeks, you can take it to the free dispute scheme Fibrus belongs to.
Fibrus runs its own network, so a fault on the line is Fibrus's own to fix. Source

What speed should I get on Fibrus?
Fibrus sells 3 speeds today, from 159 Mbps to 982 Mbps, all of them full fibre, so the fibre runs all the way into your home. Check which package you're on, then compare it with a wired test. The table on this page shows the speed each package is sold at.
Why is my Fibrus broadband slow?
Run the test on a laptop plugged into the router with a cable. Over wifi you'll often see less than the line is giving you. If the wired result is fine, the line is doing its job and the slowdown is in your home: the router's position, other devices or an old wifi standard. If the wired result is low too, switch the router off at the wall for 30 seconds, test again, then report it.
